Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail as our delivery courier. At checkout you have the option to select from multiple services, which differ in timeframes and some include tracked options. We aim to dispatch all orders 1-5 working days after payment.

Domestic  (UK)

Royal Mail 1st Class	£2	1-3 working days once dispatched
Royal Mail 2nd Class	£1	3-5 working days once dispatched
Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked	£4.50	Next working day, once dispatched
Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked	£4	2-3 days, once dispatched

 

International (EU and Other)

Tracked international Postage	£4	5-8 working days, once dispatched
Standard International Postage	£9	6-10 working days, once dispatched

 

Lost Packages

In the unlikely events that you do not receive your items within 10 working days of dispatch (30 days International), we will send another package out to you and complete a lost claim with royal mail. Please send me an email at shopbethanyhoops@yahoo.com or drop me an instagram message at @shopbethanyhoops and the new package will be sent as soon as possible. 

If you would prefer a refund, please note you must wait until the Royal Mail lost claim has been completed, then a full refund will be made to your original payment method.
